Speaking

Debbie Sorensen learned early on the power of Welcoming Words. Growing up on a small cattle ranch in north central Montana, welcome was a way of their rural life. Later on, she was welcomed into other occupations, states and countries.

The various stages of life, brought expanding opportunities for Debbie to put out the welcome mat for others. As a wife, mother, professional person, community member and part of large families, Debbie made the most of being engaged with people in various walks of life.

Upon the advice of a friend, Debbie joined Toastmasters to hone speaking and presentation skills. With that opportunity, she has been welcomed into a group of new friends that has encouraged her and challenged her to go deep and reach new levels personally and professionally.

In a new stage of life, Debbie is utilizing words of welcome as she expands her speaking, writing and training skills.

As found of Welcoming Words, Debbie encourages others to use fine words to take a stand for making a difference. Welcoming Words continue to shape her life as she impacts others by sharing simple techniques that have the power to change and save lives.
